The Leadership Committee accepts presentation proposal submissions for agenda topics for each event. Once approved, you will be contacted for more details.
Presentation submissions for the Fall 2009 conference is now closed. The deadline was Wednesday, August 19, 2009. Any submission receive after this date will be considered for the Spring 2010 conference.
Approved presenters will receive the following:
- Room with adequate chairs & space
- 1 screen
- 1 projector stand
- 1 electrical 110V outlet
- Internet Connection
- Any additional equipment & materials for Presentation are the responsibility of the vendor.
(Discounts available to presenting vendors who also secure exhibitor space)
