TOP 10 REASONS WHY VENDORS SHOULD PARTICIPATE:
  1. This is an Invitation only opportunity.
  2. Space is limited! Insures participating vendors maximum opportunity...
  3. Full day event (networking, presentations, vendor showcase, and breakout sessions).
  4. Get in front of a unique JD Edwards-specific audience.
  5. We will send up to two emails to the attendee list on your company's behalf.
  6. Send up to 2 company representatives to the event.
  7. Display collateral/signage/promotional items on a 6-ft skirted table.
  8. Bring items to the event to personally raffle off on your company's behalf.

VENDOR SHOWCASE FEE(S):
  • General Exhibitor - Early Bird: $1000 (on or before April 15th)
  • General Exhibitor: $1200
  • Presenting Exhibitor - Early Bird: $1400 (on or before April 15th)
  • Presenting Exhibitor: $1600


VENDOR & PRESENTATION POLICIES

Participation in Vendor Showcase:

  • Every JD Edwards Southeast Users Group Conference carries its own limit to the number of vendor spots available.
  • User Community is polled twice a year and asked to share Vendor recommendations/requests. This feedback is used in the planning of future events.
  • Companies who have previously supported the JD Edwards Southeast Users Group Conference are offered first right of refusal on participation in upcoming events as long as attending users support their continued involvement.
  • Remaining Vendor spots are decided upon by the Leadership Team who weighs the relevance, uniqueness, and value each Potential Vendor brings to the JD Edwards Southeast Users Group Conference.

Presentation Slots:

  • All Accepted Vendors are invited to submit a Presentation Proposal
  • Proposals should consist of a one-page abstract summarizing the presentation’s title, message, and relevance to JD Edwards User Community
  • Presentation Proposals should be sent to info@jdedwardsse.org
  • Proposals will be accepted no earlier than 6 months prior to a scheduled event
  • Presentation Slots do require an additional fee
